To further develop the playing potential and character of a group of women through competition in basketball and to promote Dickinson College through both competition and recruiting. Coach will provide leadership in all facets of the Women’s Basketball program. As an instructor in Physical Education, the purpose of the position is to expose lifetime health and fitness activities to students.

Practice/Game Preparation (during the season October – March)
Scouting
Supervising of Asst. Coaches
Scheduling games, practice, travel itineraries, additional activities, etc.
Positive representation of Dickinson College within the community.
