Dean College invites applications for a Women’s Basketball coach will be responsible for all recruitment, training, and coaching of a NJCAA Division II Women’s Basketball Team. In addition, as an academic coach at Dean College, he/she will provide a strategy-based approach to academic support for students enrolled in Personalized Learning Services (PLS), a fee-based tutoring program open to all students at the institution. Academic coaches work with students to address immediate needs, while developing long-term independent skills in studying, reading, writing and mathematics. Time management, organization and long-term planning are some of the skills that students gain through their experience in PLS.
