The Head Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for recruiting, planning, coaching, scheduling opponents, conditioning team members and managing all aspects of the Women’s Basketball Program. The Head Coach must be able to demonstrate an understanding of, and commitment to, the mission of the College, as well as the NJCAA and Oklahoma Collegiate Athletic Conference rules and regulations. This position requires a demonstrated commitment to teamwork, leadership, and decision making while supporting and participating in the overall athletic program, student activities, and college events. The Head Coach will supervise and evaluate an assistant coach and have teaching responsibilities. The Head Coach will also be required to develop and plan fundraising activities and promote games.
