The College of Mount Saint Vincent requires all coaches to follow the philosophy and guidelines of the College, NCAA, and the Skyline conference. The Women’s Basketball/Cross Country Head Coach reports to the Director of Athletics and is a member of the Student Affairs Division. The Head Coach is expected to perform the following duties in cooperation with the administrative staff. Each particular athletic program falls under the direct guidance and responsibility of its Head Coach, and although some duties are, and may be, delegated by a Head Coach to an assistant, the primary responsibility rests solely with the Head Coach.
