Clarion University of Pennsylvania invites applications for Head Women’s Basketball Coach. Clarion University is an NCAA Division II member which competes in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC). The Head Coach is responsible for all phases of the women’s basketball program including recruitment of prospective student-athletes, academic success of student-athletes, supervision of an Assistant Coach, scheduling, attending meetings with alumni and other public relations events, organizing camps and clinics in support of Clarion Athletics, fund-raising, adherence to NCAA rules and regulations, and general administrative duties. Required qualifications include bachelor’s degree, four years of collegiate coaching experience, demonstrate ability in skill instruction, staff supervision, general administrative duties, understanding of NCAA rules compliance and a successful campus interview. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in recruiting, fiscal management skills, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
