Non-tenure track faculty position combines Head Coaching responsibility in Women’s Basketball with a teaching load in the College’s activity-based Physical Education program. Bryn Mawr College is a member of the Centennial Conference and NCAA Division III. The College sponsors 12 varsity sports.
The faculty member is responsible for organizing and running all phases of the Women’s Basketball program, as well as recruitment of student-athletes to a highly selective liberal arts institution. Other responsibilities include teaching a variety of activity courses throughout the year, and other appropriate departmental duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics, Physical Education and Wellness.
Faculty rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications. Initial appointment is for one year; after a successful review, reappointment is for three-year periods.
