This twelve-month, full-time position is responsible for leading, managing, organizing and administering all phases of the basketball program in accordance with NCAA and Missouri Valley Conference rules and regulations. The Head Coach must have a philosophy that maintains a competitive Division I program emphasizing integrity and a championship mind set while valuing the educational and personal welfare of its student-athletes. Additional responsibilities also include coaching effectively in practice and competition, energetic and engaged recruiting, supervision of assistant coaches, scheduling and budget management, participating in promotional and fundraising activities, developing community and alumni support.
