Organize and direct all aspects of the Alvernia University Women’s Basketball program and manage the daily operations of the University’s Fitness Center.
Essential Functions:
In compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations of Alvernia University, the NCAA, and the MAC, direct and organize all aspects and job responsibilities of a head coach as indicated in the Alvernia University Coaches Manual
Recruit and retain academically and athletically qualified student-athletes for the women’s basketball program
Maintain full compliance with all MAC and NCAA Division III rules and regulations
Promote Franciscan ideals and adherence to the Mission of the University
