Overall development, organization, and administration of Women’s basketball program.  Specifically the coach is responsible for organizing and supporting the academic success of the student /player, recruitment, player relations, coaching, scheduling games, scheduling officials, program administration, public relations, and fund-raising. Additional work responsbility within Student Services area, which may include Outreach, Advising, Student Life and Engagement Center, and/or Dean of Students assignments. Ability to deal effectively and professionally with people and players; proven ability in establishing appropriate professional rapport with community members.
