The head coach for women’s basketball reports directly to the director of Athletics. The coach will direct and manage the daily operations of an NCAA Division III intercollegiate program competing in the Northwest Conference (NWC). The individual’s responsibilities include, but not limited to, supervision of assistant coaching staff, recruitment of student-athletes to meet university and department objectives, development and coaching of students-athletes for successful competitive results, and coordinating the administrative and public relations needs of the program. Other responsibilities to include organization of sport specific summer camp(s) and serve in an administrative role within the Athletics Department. Perform other duties as assigned.
