Taylor University is seeking candidates for the position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach. This is a full-time, 12 month, exempt position located in Upland, Indiana. Evaluation of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled for a May 1st, 2017 start date.

Responsibilities     Within the framework of the Taylor University Intercollegiate Athletic mission statement, effectively fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the Head Women’s Basketball coach. Major areas of responsibility include: program and staff oversight; coaching; assisting with the development, discipleship and recruitment of student athletes; assisting in the planning strategies that promote the program across the institution and among key stakeholders, including alumni and parents; striving to continuously improve the program in ways that support team unity and the academic, spiritual and leadership development of the athletes. This position will also be the director of the Taylor Girls Basketball camp for two weeks each summer.
