The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Graduate Assistant Coach in the sport of women’s basketball is a nine-month position starting in the fall semester, 2024. The Graduate Assistant Coach reports directly to the Head Coach, who directs the Women’s Basketball program The Graduate Assistant coaching responsibilities include planning, recruiting, coaching, developing, implementing, communicating, and administering with the Head Coach. The Graduate Assistant Coach will administer with the Head Coach all aspects of the program in accordance with NCAA, WIAC, and University rules and regulations. This individual plays a significant role in helping the University and Department achieve its academic and athletic objectives. Qualifications are as follows:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
2. Background in the sport of basketball at the high school or collegiate level.
3. Acceptance in to one of the University’s graduate school programs.
