Serving as a key member of the women’s basketball program at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, the graduate assistant will support a variety of administrative and basketball functions. 

The position is renewable for a second year by mutual agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative functions including the coordination of team meals, travel, gameday logistics, expense reports and budget management
• Manage practice set up & assist on the court during practice and training sessions 
• Assist the women’s basketball coaching staff with film review and data analysis 
• Assist with the coordination of on-campus recruiting visits & enter recruiting information and data
• Other duties as assigned by coaching staff

Qualifications:

1. Completion of a bachelor’s degree and acceptance into a UTC graduate program
2. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
3. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
4. Working knowledge of the game of basketball, playing experience preferred but not required
