Description:	Truman State University is a member of the Great Lakes Valley Conference. We’re looking for a graduate assistant to join our staff in all aspects. Primary responsibility is to assist in all daily women’s basketball duties. Candidates should have high morals, have a developing yet strong basketball IQ, have a strong work ethic and have excellent written and oral communication skills. We prefer the candidate to have strong computer skills and organizational skills as well. Knowledge of film and scouting is an added bonus. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required Preferred requirements:* Organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft platforms, Google platforms, Synergy and Fast Model sports or JustPlay Knowledge with photoshop, Cap Cut, social media platforms. Proficient with film and scouting Responsibilities Contribute in all aspects of the program, including recruiting, coaching, video and scouting duties, practice planning and other duties assigned by the coaching staff Individual skill development with players Practice and Game Preparation Assist with strength and conditioning Assist with fundraising and recruiting Assist with film breakdown Assist with team travel Help run summer camps Stay in compliance with NCAA and institutional, rules and regulations Benefits Monthly Stipend
