Thomas University, a NAIA DII member of the Sun Conference, seeks qualified applicant for two year graduate assistant coaching position in:

1. Women’s Basketball

Responsibilities of position may include but are not restricted to recruiting academically and athletically qualified student-athletes, practice organization, game-day operations, opponent scouting, player development, the daily overall operation of the Women’s Basketball program, tape exchange (Synergy) and editing, and other tasks assigned by the head coach.

Successful candidates must be able to follow the requirements of NAIA Division II, the Sun Conference, and the mission of Thomas University; must be able to communicate effectively and foster positive relations with prospective and enrolled student-athletes, fellow coaches, athletics and college administration, and the general public; and have a clear understanding of the role of athletics within the community.

Additional Salary Information: This position is a two-year commitment. Compensation includes $5,250 in tuition remission FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR.  Each AA will be housed in University housing.
