Description:

The Texas State WBB graduate assistant is an integral part of the daily interworking of the basketball program. Graduate assistants will be responsible for the following duties amongst others:

  • Secondary Position Coach (Per NCAA rules)
  • Practice Participation
  • Scouting Assistant 
  • Recruiting Assistant
  • Special Team Activities Coordinator
  • SAAC Liaison
  • Social Media Account Manager
  • Director of Managers
  • Scout Team Coordinator
  • Video/Film Exchange 
  • Ball Girl Program

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Former Student-Athlete Experience
  • Knowledge of College Athletics
  • Ambition to Coach Basketball on the Collegiate Level
