Siena Heights University, a NAIA Institution in Adrian, Michigan, is seeking a  Graduate Assistant for the Women’s Basketball Program for the 2024-2025  academic year. The person hired for this position will serve as an assistant to the  head coach and will be responsible for junior varsity coaching duties, assist with  facilitating practices, strength and conditioning, skill development, scheduling, operations management, individual and team clinics, and social media as well as  assisting with recruitment. The selected candidate will be granted a tuition wavier  for one of Siena Heights University’s offered graduate programs, including a  Master’s in Business Administration, Clinical Mental Health Counseling,  Healthcare Leadership, Organizational Leadership, Master of Science in Nursing,  and MSN to MBA.  

Option 1: $6,000 stipend and 18-credit hours per year (2-year degree plan)  Option 2: $10,590 stipend and 12-credit hours per year (3-year degree plan) 

Requirements:  

Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and a desire to recruit  effectively. A bachelor’s degree and acceptance to a master’s degree program at  Siena Heights University is required for this position.
