Oklahoma Wesleyan is seeking candidate for a Graduate Assistant position. Responsible for working with the Head Coach in all aspects of the program and will assist in developing a competitive NAIA program.

Qualifications: Must meet the requirements for admissions at Oklahoma Wesleyan University and possess a Bachelor’s degree. Coaching/competitive experience is preferred.

Summary of Duties: Assist Head and Assistant coach in all manners of building a program of excellence, assist in academic supervision, aid in the develop of the JV program and assume game day “head coach” role and responsibilities for their games, coordinate and execute a strong social media presence, oversee managerial staff, be actively involved in team workouts and on court coaching, equipment management and willingness to engage and learn in all aspects of the profession.
