Midland University, a private, faith based, liberal arts university in Fremont, NE (just  outside of the Omaha metro), is seeking a Women’s Basketball Graduate Assistant Coach.  This posiIon will be offered within our graduate assistant structure, requiring admission to  the University’s Master of EducaIon, Master of Learning and Talent Development, or  Master of Sport AdministraIon and Leadership. In addiIon to the academic  responsibiliIes, the candidate will be responsible for contribuIng to various aspects of the  Women’s Basketball program, including assisIng off-season and in-season training  programs and other duIes assigned by the head coach.  

Job ResponsibiliIes Include:  

• JV and Varsity RecruiIng  
• Head JV Coach for all JV pracIces and games 
• Varsity Assistant Coach for all Varsity pracIces and games  
• Academic Monitoring  
• Social Media/Graphics Design Coordinator 
• Travel Coordinator for Road Games  
• Summer Basketball Camps Assistant  
• Technology / Computer SoYware / Video EdiIng Systems 
• CompensaIon: 

o TuiIon Remission in the master’s program. Level of remission is dependent on  degree pursued 

o Campus meal plan (15 meals per week) dependent on degree pursued  o $500 Monthly sIpend dependent on degree  

• Requirements:  

o Minimum of 4 years high school or college experience  

o Availability to work highly flexible schedule including nights and weekends o Bachelor’s Degree
