| Description: | The Graduate Assistant Coach of Women’s Basketball Program will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of a competitive NAIA women’s basketball program. The graduate assistant coach will be involved in coaching, recruiting, and various other administrative tasks as assigned by the head coach. Must be self-motivated and willing to help in many different aspects. Duties/Requirements – Assist the Varsity and JV team – Film Breakdown – Help run practice – Run individual Workouts – Monitor Women’s Basketball academic performance – Recruiting (travel to games, calling coaches/players, etc.) – Scout and help create scouting reports – Other unplanned daily tasks involved with the Women’s Basketball Program |
