K-State Athletics is seeking qualified applicants for DIRECTOR OF WOMEN’S BASKETBALL STUDENT DEVELOPMENT AND BRANDING, which is a full-time, salaried, benefits-eligible position.

An example of job duties includes but are not limited to:

  • Implement and oversee a program building lifelong success, character development, life skills and career connections, guidance to student-athletes in areas of personal brand alignment, image consultation, career exploration and business leadership development, including community service projects and player appearances.
  • Enhance branding opportunities
  • Manage program’s discretionary fund to increase funding for program, facilities improvement, trip opportunities, etc.
  • Program scheduling, NIL contact with compliance office, and liaison with NIL compliance regarding rules, regulations, and initiatives
