Under the direct supervision of the Women’s Head Basketball Coach, the Director of Women’s Basketball – Student-Athlete Development will be responsible for preparing student-athletes for personal, career, academic, and athletic success.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
• At least four years of coaching experience within the collegiate, high school, or club level

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
• Experience working at a Division I institution
• At least two years playing experience at a professional level
• Established recruiting contacts in our regional area
