| Description: | Oversees all aspects of recruiting needs for Nebraska Women’s Basketball. Coordinate recruiting travel, create and maintain recruiting databases, recruiting efforts utilizing social media, and assist in creating of recruiting documents along with campus visits. Supervise and assign duties to Graduate Assistants and student managers. Direct and coordinate Alumni relations. Oversee community service projects. Requires irregular hours, evening hours and potential travel. Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus Three (3) years’ experience in college or professional athletics organization. Computer knowledge essential. Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required. Preferred Qualifications Ideal candidate will have five (5) years work experience in Division I basketball program and/or D1 recruiting experience. |
