Assist the head coach by overseeing the administrative aspects of the basketball program.

30%: Plan and coordinate all aspects of team travel for away contests, including the development of travel itineraries, the coordination of transportation, hotel arrangements, meals, and practice sites/times. Ensure appropriate per diems are allocated to players, coaches and others in travel party. Reconcile all travel expenses. Travel with team and manage logistics. Ensure luggage and equipment meets federal aviation requirements. Coordinate problem resolutions.

20%: Use film exchange software to coordinate all film exchange during the season with other institutions. Create highlight and scouting tapes for instruction for upcoming opponents.

20%: Monitor student-athlete livelihood including on-campus housing issues, meal plans, financial aid applications and status, limitations of practice hours, class attendance, study hall hours, and per diem money during school holidays and breaks.

15%: Organize all aspects of prospect recruiting visits and on-campus contacts, including facility scheduling, activity planning, host coordination, complimentary game tickets, hotel accommodations, meals, travel and flight arrangements, transportation, and, campus meetings.

10%: Ensure the sport program, including all staff members and student-athletes, is in compliance with NCAA, Horizon League and University regulations which includes the monitoring of the student-athletes academic progress to maintain their academic eligibility.

5%: Other duties as assigned.
