Winthrop University, a Division I member of the Big South Conference, and located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, is accepting applications for the position of Director of Women’s Basketball Operations. Under the direction of the head coach, the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations manages the administrative functions of recruitment and operations of a quality Division I basketball program. Other duties included: Plan, organize and accompany prospective student-athletes (recruits) visits to Winthrop University’s campus. Record and maintain statistics during practices and games. Manage the administrative function of summer camps and serve as camp liaison. Plan and arrange women’s basketball team travel and meals. Coordinate practice times at home and on the road. Serve as liaison for women’s basketball team managers. Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach This is a 12-month full-time appointment. Employee is responsible for adhering to the policies, procedures and regulations of Winthrop University, the Big South Conference and the NCAA. Salary dependent upon experience and qualifications
