Individual serves the athletic department as Director of Women’s Basketball Operations. Coordinates with appropriate staff the aspects necessary to operate a basketball program. Serves as a liaison with other departments, including marketing, media relations, academics, ticketing, and life skills. Coordinates practice time for home and away games. Coordinates all team travel including airline, hotel, ground transportation, and itineraries. Assists with tracking student-athletes’ academics needs and progress. Aids in housing needs for student-athletes. Prepares memos, letters, and answers and screens calls for coaching staff as needed. Assists with recruiting, including mailings to prospective student-athletes and aiding in official visits. Coordinates all special functions including, but not limited to, Alumni Day, guest coaching program, banquets, volunteer activities, and team community projects. Other duties as assigned by head coach.
