The Director of Basketball Operations under the direction of an Asst Athletic Coach or above or above, assists in the design, development and implementation of departmental processes and/or programs. Recommends policies and procedures to ensure effective coordination of departmental programs.

Schedule and manage study table for the student-athletes. Conduct class checks. Assist in coordinating on-campus recruiting visits. Coordinate laundry and equipment needs. Organize and maintain office and locker room space Assist with basketball video coordination. Assist with post-game scouting. Coordinate and manage travel logistics. Assist in the preparation & delivery of workshops and training programs. May interpret departmental policies for area of responsibility. During declared campus emergencies, this position may be required to perform specific job related duties at a designated off campus location or place of residence.
