The Director of Basketball Operations (DOBO) will report to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and provide operational support for all areas of the University of Evansville women’s basketball program. The DOBO will be the program liaison to athletics administration and oversee the team managers. The DOBO will coordinate team travel, post-game meals, and assist with recruiting travel. The person in this position will schedule opposing team practice and shoot-around times. The DOBO will be responsible for video analytics, filming practices, and distribution of game video. The person in this position will chart player stats during games and practices. The DOBO will be responsible for the coordination, promotion, and management of camps. The DOBO will perform other duties as assigned by the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and the Director of Athletics.
