The Director of Basketball Operations supports all phases of operations for the women’s basketball program. Responsibilities include coordination of all team travel, managing player and staff communication platforms, facility scheduling, assisting with camp coordination, on-campus recruiting and operating logistics, serve as liaison with marketing and promotions, compliance and equipment and apparel. All UD Athletics employees are charged with adherence to all University, NCAA and Atlantic 10 Conference rules and regulations.
Experienced in competing at the Division I intercollegiate level
Able to demonstrate excellent written communication skills,
Demonstrated history of leadership and integrity,
Possess a valid driver’s license, maintains a low risk driving record and is able to be insured by the university.
Experience in basketball administrative roles such as director of operations
Able to demonstrate excellent organizational, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
