The University of California San Diego is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Associate Athletic Director- Compliance. UC San Diego, located in La Jolla, in the San Diego Metropolitan area, enrolls over 35,000 students, earned recognition as one of the world’s premier research universities, and is ranked as one of the top-10 public universities in the nation. UC San Diego Athletics has a proud tradition of academic and athletic excellence, sponsors 23 varsity sports, and is entering the third year of transition to NCAA Division I as a member of the Big West Conference. We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations position.

Reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations implements and manages the basketball operating budget, Video Streaming Liaison for the Big West Conference, and all women’s basketball team travel. Responsible for coordinating women’s basketball camps and clinics, working with the coaching staff and a variety of fans, alumni, and booster groups that support the women’s basketball program, and coordinating all women’s basketball recruiting.
