Reports to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and assists in the administration of all phases of the women’s basketball program in accordance with NCAA Division I rules and philosophies.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

• Assist the Head Coach with various of duties and in addition to all managerial to practice and game preparations; for all team travel-airline, bus, hotel, food reservations; practice times and travel itineraries
• Assist with academic support, study hall, social media, scouting , film breakdown
• Organize and participate in camp and community service projects
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, fellow employees, programs boosters and alumni outreach

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree

Required Skills

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately
• Must have an understanding of the University’s concern for academics as well as athletic excellence
• Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment
• Basic knowledge of MS Word 2013; MS Excel 2013

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
