Reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Associate Athletics Director for Intercollegiate Sports Programs, the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations and Special Projects provides administrative and support services to the varsity women’s basketball program. The individual will also assist with special projects as assigned. Responsibilities include coordinating and assisting in all team travel arrangements; maintaining alumni database and assisting with alumni and fundraising activities; coordinating summer employment opportunities and job placement for student-athletes; supervising student managers and maintaining office materials and supplies; assisting in special projects in areas such as but not limited to gender equity and diversity issues, student athlete programing and well being initiatives, and NCAA and Ivy League related matters.

Bachelor’s degree and/or its equivalent required. Must demonstrate excellent writing and computer skills: ability to work in a fast paced environment; work flexible hours
