The Director of Operations will work with the women’s head basketball coach and staff to ensure the completion of the day-to-day operations of the women’s basketball program. This position will be responsible for off the court activities, including processing paperwork, coordinating team travel and ordering equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Administer the day-to-day operations of the Women’s Basketball program
•Manage film exchange and video editing programs
•Coordinate all aspects of team travel
•Assist the head coach and assistant coaches with coordinating the recruiting program
•Guide and support student athletes by encouraging academic success and personal growth
•Coordinate student-athlete visits within NCAA recruit guidelines (official and unofficial visits)
•Coordinate and plan summer camps
•Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach
