Description:
The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a qualified Director of Video and Player Performance for Women’s Basketball. This position is responsible for all video and technology duties related to the women’s basketball program and will report directly to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach. Specifically, he/she will be tasked with all filming duties, including ensuring all games and practices are filmed; editing and reviewing all video; exchanging film; assisting coaches with scouting and game preparation, player/team analysis, individual player evaluations, and recording and editing team-specific or event highlights. He/she will also be responsible for managing and overseeing the hiring of video and player development assistants/student manager assistants, as one sees fit to complete their daily duties as well as participate in permissible recruiting activities and assist in other duties as assigned. 
Experience working in a collegiate women’s basketball program and/or experience working daily with videotaping equipment and editing systems.
