Description:

The Director of Video will assist the coaching staff in all video, recruiting and other office duties. The video responsibilities will entail coordination of all video aspects of the program for scouting and recruiting. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; coordination of film for scouting, knowledge of Synergy software, capturing all video to the server and coordinate the filming of practice and games. Recruiting responsibilities require great organizational skills in managing a recruiting database, assisting in generating innovative mail-outs for social media content, assisting assistant coaching in the office with their recruiting and scouting assignments.

Responsibilities include:

Video Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating all scouting video.
Assist assistant coaches with material for scouting assignments.
Coordinate filming of practice and games on the road and at home
Organize video clips from recruiting list.
Assist Coach G in generating recruiting highlights and clip tapes.

Recruiting Responsibilities
Manage and update recruiting database.
Assistant Recruiting Coordinator/ with projects (visits, mailouts, text)
Assist Coach G in generating innovative content for social media distribution.
Generate creative video edits.

Additional Responsibilities
Assist with camps or clinics.
Put together season-long video Playbook.
Meeting notes
Technical support for office
Assist with statistics and analytics services.

 

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree and two years of intercollegiate video, coaching and/or recruiting experience, preferably at NCAA Division I or II, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Knowledge of video editing and analysis software including Coach G and related technologies.

The ability and willingness to exercise discretion and have sound professional judgement is required.
