Director of Scouting and Video Services/Special Assistant to the Head Coach is charged with working independently as well as collaboratively on projects and initiatives designed to support the competitive success of the Women’s Basketball Program, and the academic and developmental success of Women’s Basketball student-athletes. This individual will direct scouting and video services, will serve as a liaison with Athletics Department Staff, will support the Head Coach with internal and external events and engagements, and with other responsibilities as assigned. This person must carry out the work of the position in a highly professional and respectful manner, and with full understanding and adherence to all Department of Athletics, UNC, ACC, and NCAA rules, policies and guiding principles.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge and experience coordinating video and scouting programs and one year experience on a college basketball staff required. Prefer five years Division 1 Head Coaching experience; technological sophistication; strong public speaking skills and experience.Masters Degree. All degrees must be from an accredited University.
