Responsible for the development of the Women’s Basketball program.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Marketing Director. Manage all marketing efforts for the program in coordination with the Marketing staff and Media Relations staff members
2. Recruiting Specialist. Administer all aspects relative to recruiting of student-athletes including the use of social media, video blogs, electronic recruiting and on-line coaches show
3. Travel Coordinator. Work directly with travel agent and sport administrator to arrange all details relative to staff and team travel including modes of travel, lodging, ground transportation, meals, etc.
4. Direct, organize and oversee all requests and activities related to donors.
5. Director of Annual Golf Outing. Organize and oversee the annual golf outing that is used as a major fundraiser for the program.
6. Video coordination and game film breakdown for coaches and players.
7. Academics. Work with women’s basketball staff to ensure that student-athletes are meeting the academic requirements and expectation.
8. Direct and arrange all community service requests and activities.
9. Manage day to day operations with program.
10. Supervise graduate assistants and student managers.
11. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Bachelor’s degree required. Previous Division I experience preferred (2-3 years minimum)Values compatible with and supportive of Marquette’s mission as a culturally diverse, Catholic, Jesuit University.
