We are aggressively expanding our Women’s NIL division and are seeking a driven, motivated, and relationship-oriented Director of Women’s NIL Representation to help lead talent acquisition, client service, and deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Recruitment & Acquisition

• Identify and recruit high-potential female athletes at the high school and collegiate levels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with athletes, families, coaches, and grassroots networks
• Travel nationally to events, tournaments, showcases, and campuses
• Consistently pursue and convert top-tier talent into Seros clients

NIL Deal Sourcing & Negotiation

• Source, structure, and negotiate NIL partnerships
• Collaborate with brand partners and corporate sponsors
• Ensure favorable contract terms for athletes
• Manage deal lifecycle from pitch to execution to fulfillment

Brand Development & Client Strategy

• Develop personalized NIL strategy for each client
• Assist athletes in building personal brand identity and digital presence
• Work with media and content teams to elevate exposure
• Support athletes in long-term enterprise positioning beyond NIL

Client Management

• Maintain consistent communication with athletes and families
• Provide guidance on compliance, branding, scheduling, and opportunities
• Deliver high-touch service and proactive deal development

Market Expansion

• Help expand Seros’ footprint in women’s sports nationally
• Identify acquisition opportunities for additional books of business
• Strengthen grassroots, AAU, and collegiate pipelines

Experience & Attributes: Significant Women’s Basketball coaching or scouting experience at the Collegiate, AAU, or National HS level. Deep relationships and strong network within women’s basketball. Proven ability to recruit. Entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable with extensive travel. Highly competitive, resilient, and driven. Strong communication and relationship-buildings skills. High character and levels of integrity.
