Coordinates team travel by booking all transportation, lodging, securing travel advances and assisting with team needs. Represents TCU basketball program by acting as a liaison for all administrative meetings involving basketball.
Assists with budgets by monitoring and maintaining budgetary control. Implements player/coaches calendar of events by monitoring university schedule/athletic department schedule and basketball schedule.
Assists with recruiting visits by setting up and managing events, both official and unofficial. Act as a liaison for all high school coaches that visit the TCU campus by planning and scheduling all visits with TCU staff.
Maintains historical information by keeping a statistical database for film editing for coaches and media outlets. Promotes TCU men and/or women’s basketball by assisting marketing department, compliance and ticket office in meeting goals; providing information and assistance in projects relative to basketball.
Maintains staff confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
