Southern Methodist University seeks a professional to assist the Head Coach for Women’s Basketball in team operations and logistical coordination of team travel and summer camps.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Arranging all team travel (e.g. hotels, meals, flights, buses, and meeting rooms); supervising team managers;
Coordinate practice schedules, team community services and game day operations/promotions.
Select, order and maintain equipment/apparel inventory for team, including locker room management.
Handle expense travel reports and budget management for team;
Plan and prepare summer camps.
Maintain student-athlete information, and all NCAA compliance paperwork;
On-campus recruiting; maintain and implement new technology and software.
