Iona College, a comprehensive private college located in New Rochelle, New York, seeks candidates for the position of Director of Women’s Basketball Operations. Dedicated to the personal teaching in the tradition of the Christian Brothers and American Catholic higher education, Iona College fields 21 NCAA Division I sports which compete in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. This position will assist the Head Coach in organizing, directing and administering all aspects of the colleges NCAA division I Basketball program within the rules and regulations of the NCAA, Iona College and the MAAC conference. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, planning and/or coordination of team travel, public relations activities, scheduling facilities for practices, competitions, special programs and camps, creating and producing marketing and public relations materials, and supporting the academic success of student-athletes knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. The successful candidate must demonstrate effective and excellent leadership, motivational, organizational and interpersonal skills.
