Under general supervision, the Director, Basketball Operations operates the Women’s Basketball program with an atmosphere of compliance, integrity, and within the scope and intend of NCAA, Conference, and University regulations; performs general office duties; answers phones; types correspondence, practice plans, and other program needs; handles mail; organizes program monthly calendars; organizes and promotes program’s marketing efforts as well as camps and clinics; coordinates game film exchanges with other institutions; handles all game training tape edits; schedules visiting team practice times; responsible for recruitment and retention of team managers; supervises team managers pre-practice and post-practice activities; assists with team travel; assists in arranging pre and post- game meals; monitors student-athletes during academic study hall; performs other duties as assigned.
