Illinois State University invites applications for the position of Director of Women’s Basketball Operations. The Director of Women’s Basketball Operations, under the direction of the Head Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for assisting with various women’s basketball coaching, training, recruiting, scouting, management, and administrative duties of the women’s basketball program as assigned by the Head Coach. The Director of Operations is responsible for conducting any duties or activities with integrity and within the rules of the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA), the Missouri Valley Conference and/or Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVC or MVFC), the State of Illinois, Illinois State University, and the Athletics Department.

The position is a 12-month position. Salary is commensurate with qualifications.
