Description:

The position of Director of Creativity for Women’s Basketball will be responsible for several crucial aspects to sustaining the success of the Oregon Women’s Basketball program:

Responsible for coordinating, creating, implementing and maintain graphic elements and video production though numerous social media platforms required for women’s basketball recruiting in conjunction with the department’s communications, marketing and compliance offices.

Develop, implement, analysis, and improve student-athlete development program to assist women basketball student-athletes both on and off the court.

Manage and implement all aspects of on-campus recruitment efforts for perspective student-athlete for the women’s basketball program.

This position will report to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach.

Responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the university, Pac-12 conference and the NCAA.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Collegiate basketball experience from a four-year institution or professional basketball playing experience.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• One year experience working in a collegiate setting.
• Division I basketball playing experience.
• Working experience with a women’s basketball team at the collegiate or professional level.
• Ability to build strong relationships with all constituents.
