Under general supervision of the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the Director of Basketball Operations, WBB Director of Basketball Ops, assists in developing a nationally competitive Division I Women’s Basketball program. The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all phases of a Division I intercollegiate Women’s Basketball program, which includes scheduling, recruiting, travel coordination, budgeting, purchasing, game operations, and fundraising.

• Evaluates and assists in recruiting qualified student-athletes, whose athletic skills allow the program to be highly competitive and whose academic abilities make them excellent candidates for a meaningful academic experience and graduate from CSUN.
• Assists in overseeing the academic and personal well-being of existing student-athletes.
• Conducts themselves in a manner representative of the University, the Department, and the sport both on and off the field of competition.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
