The Director of Basketball Operations is responsible for coordinating team video projects and exchange, sport camps, fundraising / promotional activities, team travel, and other duties as assigned. Must be knowledgeable of and comply with NCAA, Big West Conference and University rules, policies and regulations applicable to the performance of this position.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
• Experience coordinating and making travel arrangements for small and large groups
• Working knowledge of program activity and best practices.
• Problem-solving skills; multi-task, work with frequent interruptions, and effective listener.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Proficiency in the use of basic computer applications relevant to job duties.
