The Creative Content Assistant Coach will serve to assist the coaching staff in all videos, on-campus recruiting and other office duties. Additionally, this individual is responsible for preparing student-athletes for personal, academic, and athletic success by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Understand and agree to abide by the mission of CBU and the CBU Athletics Department.
- Coordinate and produce all graphics and video content for women’s basketball promotion and branding.
- Understand and utilize editing software for communications needs, including but not limited to Adobe products such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, and After Effects
- Assist coaching staff with material for scouting assignments and videos as needed.
- Coordinate filming of practice and basketball games on the road and at home.
- Create and edit recruiting material; including but limited to graphics, video, and social media. Develop ideas and content to promote the women’s basketball program.
- Manage and update recruiting database and assist in the coordination of recruiting visits.
- Work collaboratively with Athletics Communications, Athletic Marketing, and Athletics Media on social media and promotional content.
- Understand and implement industry trends related to communications, graphics, and promotions across multiple media platforms such as illustration, photography, animation, video, and print.
- Assist in coordinating community service and team bonding activities for the team
- Assist with basketball camp. Organization, advertising, and day-to-day operations of basketball camps.
- Assist with implementing individual development plans to ensure student-athletes’ needs are met. Including academics, nutrition, and strength and conditioning.
- Understand and adhere to all University and CBU Athletics brand guidelines
- Adhere to all institutional, conference, and NCAA by-laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Director of Athletics.

Supervisory Responsibilities |
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position could be responsible for assigning work and/or giving direction to part-time Student Workers, in order to complete office work assignments.
