The Coordinator, Women’s Basketball Operations is responsible for assisting the Head Coach and women’s basketball staff with operations of the program including, but not limited to coordinating video projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Film all practices and games, break down and provide information for coaches to prepare for practice and competitions.
• Provide support for head women’s basketball coach and assistant coaches for recruiting, practice or competitive needs.
• Organize scouting schedule and assignments.
• Download and edit opponents’ film for assistant coaches’ scouts on SportsCode.
• Input new plays into FastDraw Software.
• Completes special assignments which require collecting, organizing and analyzing data and producing reports which may be the basis of significant decisions for Head Women’s Basketball Coach.
• Travel to all away contests and attend all practice activities.
• Responsible for maintaining compliance with NCAA, Atlantic Coast Conference, institutional and departmental policies and procedures.
• Act as main contact for Katie Meier Basketball Camps and Clinics.
• Creation of gameday and special occasion highlight videos.
• Creation of creative video content and presentations for use in recruiting.
• Assignment of managerial tasks.
• Other duties as assigned by Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Director of Basketball Operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

The candidate for this position must have a minimum education of a Bachelor’s Degree, and preferred 2 years working in college athletics, specifically women’s basketball.
