The Associate Head Women’s Basketball is responsible for assisting the head coach with administering all of the year-round activities of the Division I women’s basketball program. The Associate Head coach is also responsible for managing all facets of the women’s basketball program relating to recruiting, practice organization, game day management, and player evaluation. The Associate Head Coach must demonstrate the ability to manage a designated travel and recruiting budget. This position requires a strong concern for academic pursuits and the ability to train, evaluate, supervise program staff members. The Associate Head Coach must adhere to all policies and procedures of the University, Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference and NCAA. Additional duties may be assigned by the Head Coach.
