| Description: | As the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach, assist the Head Coach in the recruitment and retention of student athletes. Assist with recruiting, game planning, practice planning, individual skill development, academic success, inventory and maintenance of equipment as well as the organization of our program. As the Residence Life Specialist, live in the residence hall and serve as the senior staff member within the residential environment. Communicate with the Residence Life Director and hall staff regarding residence hall issues, provide emergency response, serve in an on-call rotation for emergency response, advocate for students, mail distribution, and attend and participate in staff training. |
